How do I terminate / cancel an account with Hostpinoy.com?

Although we hate to see clients go, we understand that for one reason or other clients need to close their existing accounts with us.

Follow these steps to terminate your account with us:

1) Log on to your client area. https://hostpinoy.com/clients/clientarea.php

2) Click on "My Products and Services"

3) Find the account that you want to cancel and click the edit button at the very right.

4) Go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Request Cancellation" button.

5) Your account will be automatically terminated in 24 hours or less.

Please make sure you have a backup of your site.
Also, we do not refund any unused days that are remaining in your account.
